Day 1 | Rio de Janeiro
Arrival at Rio de Janeiro International Airport (GIG). Welcome by our staff and regular transfer to the selected hotel. Day at leisure. Accommodation.
Day 2 | Rio de Janeiro
After enjoying a buffet breakfast served at the hotel restaurant, we will begin a full city tour of Rio de Janeiro. Our first stop will be Corcovado, where we will go up by van to the top to admire the imposing statue of Christ the Redeemer and enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the city, known as the "Marvelous City". During the panoramic tour, we will pass by some of its most emblematic landmarks: Sambadrome (panoramic view), Metropolitan Cathedral, Maracanã Stadium (panoramic view), and Selarón Steps. Next, we will enjoy an included buffet lunch (beverages and desserts not included). In the afternoon, we will continue to the famous Sugarloaf Mountain. We will take the first cable car to Morro da Urca, 215 meters above sea level, from where you can observe Guanabara Bay and its islands. Then, we will take a second cable car to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain, 395 meters above sea level, offering a 360° view of Rio de Janeiro. To finish, we will take a panoramic tour along the beaches of the South Zone, including iconic spots such as Copacabana and Ipanema. Return to the hotel. Free evening.
Day 3 | Rio de Janeiro
Buffet breakfast served at the hotel restaurant. Free day. As an optional tour, we recommend learning about the history of Rio de Janeiro and Brazil with a visit to the Imperial city of Petrópolis, taking a walking city tour through downtown Rio de Janeiro, an educational visit to a favela, exploring the nature of the Botanical Garden and Tijuca Forest, or discovering the city’s new attractions.
