Day 1: ARRIVAL / BEIJING
Welcome to China! upon arrival, you will be greeted by an English-speaking assistant who will accompany you on the transfer to your hotel in Beijing. Accommodation.
Day 2: BEIJING / CITY TOUR (BS - D)
Breakfast at the hotel. We will start the day in Tiananmen Square, one of the largest public squares in the world and a symbol of modern China. Next, we will take a walking tour of the Forbidden City, the former imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties, where we will discover its majestic halls, ceremonial courtyards, and the history of Chinese emperors. The tour continues at the Summer Palace, the former summer residence of the Qing emperors, famous for its elegant pavilions, landscaped gardens and views of Kunming Lake. We will end the day with a visit to a local family in a hutong, the traditional historic neighborhoods of Beijing, where we will participate in a practical class on paper cutting, one of the most representative folk arts of Chinese culture. In the evening we will enjoy a dinner included: Peking lacquered duck, one of the most emblematic dishes of the local gastronomy.
Day 3: BEIJING / JUYONGGUAN GREAT WALL / TEMPLE OF HEAVEN (B - L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will embark on a day full of spectacular landscapes with a visit to the Great Wall of China in Juyongguan, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and one of the most impressive sections of this monumental work, testimony to the architectural and defensive splendor of ancient China. Next, we will visit the Temple of Heaven, a magnificent set of temples from the Ming period where emperors performed ceremonies to ask for good harvests. The enclosure stands out for its perfect symmetry and deep spiritual symbolism. Lunch Included Beijing Zhajiang noodles, one of the most traditional dishes of the local cuisine. The day continues with a cultural experience in a traditional tea house, where we will learn about the rituals of Chinese tea and taste different infusions, an essential part of the daily life and culture of the country. At the end of the day, we will head to Wangfujing, one of Beijing's main shopping streets, ideal for shopping, shopping for souvenirs and observing the lively local atmosphere. Return to the hotel. Xi'an
Day 4: BEIJING / HIGH-SPEED TRAIN / XI'AN (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, transfer to the station to take the high-speed train to Xi'an, one of the most historic and emblematic cities in China. Traveling on the modern high-speed train, which reaches up to 350 km/h, allows you to comfortably and efficiently experience the country's advanced infrastructure while traversing diverse landscapes. Upon arrival in Xi'an, meet the local guide and driver, who will accompany the transfer to the hotel. Time for rest. Overnight in Xi'an.
Day 5: XI'AN / TERRACOTTA WARRIORS / MUSLIM QUARTER (B - D)
Breakfast at the hotel. We will start the day with a visit to the Terracotta Warriors, world famous and known as the Eighth Wonder of the World, where thousands of life-size soldiers guard the tomb of the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. Next, we will visit the Little Wild Goose Pagoda, an elegant relic of the Tang Dynasty that reflects ancient Buddhist architecture. Next, we will be able to appreciate the Xi'an City Wall from the outside, an imposing defensive structure that protected the historic heart of the city. The day continues with a stroll through Xi'an's Muslim Quarter, a lively area filled with traditional food stalls, cultural charm, and vibrant street scenes. Day 6: XI'AN / HIGH-SPEED TRAIN / SHANGHAI (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, transfer to the station to take the high-speed train to Shanghai, one of the most modern and dynamic cities in China. The tour allows you to enjoy the comfort and efficiency of the Chinese railway system. Upon arrival, meet the local guide and driver, who will accompany the transfer to the hotel. Time for rest. Overnight in Shanghai.
Day 7: SHANGHAI / CITY TOUR (B-D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will visit the Jade Buddha Temple, a tranquil shrine in the heart of the city, home to exquisite jade-carved Buddha statues that attract both worshippers and visitors. Next, we will head to the Yuyuan Garden, a classical Chinese garden with elegant pavilions, winding paths, and delicate rockeries, offering an excellent insight into the traditional design and lifestyle of the Jiangnan region. Later, we will make a cultural stop at a local silk factory, where we will learn about the history of Chinese silk production and admire the craftsmanship behind this precious fabric. To end the day, we will stroll along Nanjing Road, one of Shanghai's main shopping streets, famous for its bright lights and luxury shops. Return to the hotel. Dinner Included and Overnight in Shanghai.
Day 8: SHANGHAI / AIRPORT (B)
Breakfast. At the indicated time, transfer from your hotel to the Airport. End of services
