DOCUMENTATION – 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE:To ensure the best available train option and services, it is mandatory to provide the following information at least 60 days before the travel date: Full name, Nationality, Date of birth, Document type and number, Copy of Passport or Identity Card (RG). National Driving License (CNH) is not accepted as a travel document. Passengers must present the same document used for the reservation when entering Machu Picchu.
MACHU PICCHU TICKETS: Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase. They will be requested in the following order: Circuit 2 – morning / Circuit 2 – afternoon / Circuit 3 – Royal Route, as an alternative. The requested circuit and time cannot be guaranteed until the tickets are confirmed.
TRAIN TO MACHU PICCHU: All rates include Expedition Train or The Voyager, depending on availability and program operation. Any upgrade to a higher train category is subject to an additional charge and availability.

DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN LIMA
How exciting to arrive in Lima! Our team will meet you at Jorge Chávez Airport and take you to your hotel.

DAY 02: CITY TOUR COLONIAL AND MODERN LIMA

Between 9:10 and 9:45 AM, or between 2:10 and 2:45 PM, you will be picked up from your hotel. First, we will take a panoramic tour of the enigmatic Huaca Pucllana, where the ancient ruins transport us to the bygone era of the Ichma and Lima cultures. Then, we will cross the olive groves of San Isidro, Lince, and Cercado, enjoying views of the Palace of Justice, the historic Lima Art Museum, and the vibrant Plaza San Martín.
In the Plaza de Armas, with its panoramic views, we delve into history, exploring the Cathedral , the Government Palace , and the City Hall. Then we head to the Convent of Santo Domingo , home to relics of the Peruvian saints Saint Martin de Porres and Saint Rose of Lima. There, we can learn about their history and the legacy they left in the city of Lima. (If the passenger wishes, the visit to the Convent of San Francisco and its famous catacombs can be substituted for an additional cost) .
Finally, we ended the day with a spectacular view of Love Park, Larcomar, and the Pacific Ocean. As the Lima sunset painted the sky, we felt the sea breeze and the beauty of the city before returning to the hotel.

DAY 03: LIMA - CUSCO: CITY TOUR + ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK

Transfer to the airport for your flight to the magical city of Cusco . Upon arrival, our team will give you a warm welcome and take you to your chosen hotel.
Between 12:30 and 1:00 PM, the city tour begins with a historical visit to the Plaza Mayor, where colonial and Inca architecture blend seamlessly. Next, we'll marvel at the majestic Cusco Cathedral, a treasure of Renaissance and colonial style. Following this, we'll visit the Qoricancha Temple , a jewel of Inca architecture, now the Convent of Santo Domingo. Finally, we'll explore four nearby archaeological sites: Sacsayhuaman , with its imposing walls; Qenqo , a mysterious stone labyrinth; Puca Pucara , a red fortress; and Tambomachay , renowned for its ceremonial fountains.
We returned to the city, filled with awe and admiration.

DAY 04: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS

Between 7:30 and 8:00 AM , we will be picked up from our hotel. After a coca tea, we will head to the Pisac archaeological complex and the traditional artisan market, famous on social media for its handicrafts. We will continue along the banks of the Vilcanota River until we reach Urubamba, where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. Afterward, we will visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last living Inca towns. Its streets maintain the same layout as in Inca times, and we will explore the magnificent archaeological complex located there. Finally, we will transfer to the Ollantaytambo train station, and in a couple of hours, we will arrive at the Machu Picchu train station. There, our friends will be waiting to welcome us and transfer us to our hotel.

DAY 05: FULL DAY MACHU PICCHU

The day has arrived to visit one of the 7 Wonders of the Modern World . We will arrive at the Machu Picchu town bus station , where our team will assist us in boarding the bus that will take us to the entrance of the sanctuary. The road, with its breathtaking curves, will offer spectacular views of the Urubamba River as it carves the famous canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will welcome us with its incredible terraces, staircases, ceremonial sites, and urban areas. The energy emanates from the entire place. After a guided tour, we will return to town to enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the local restaurants . Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco, filled with unforgettable memories .

DAY 06: MARAS SALT WORKS AND MORAY ARCHAEOLOGICAL CENTER

8:10 AM Hotel pick-up . We head to Maras , located in the province of Urubamba, where we explore the impressive salt mines , the most important in the Cusco region. This place was the first salt-producing center in the southern part of the Andes, a natural wonder that will leave you amazed!
Next, we'll head to the formidable archaeological complex of Moray , with its remarkable systems of enormous terraces that overlap concentrically, forming a gigantic amphitheater . These beautiful terraces were a vast agricultural laboratory where the ancient Peruvians achieved incredible advancements in farming. It's fascinating to see how they mastered the land!
After a day full of discoveries and wonders, we will return to your hotel in Cusco.
DAY 07: RAINBOW MOUNTAIN
04:20 to 05:00 Hotel pick-up.
We woke up very early, full of excitement and with our best walking shoes ready for an unforgettable adventure to the famous Rainbow Mountain. We traveled to the foothills of the majestic Ausangate Mountain , where we stopped in the charming village of Cusipata to enjoy a hot breakfast that filled us with energy and warmth. After a short, inspiring talk, accompanied by our expert guide, we began an exciting two-hour hike. Along the way, we immersed ourselves in the fascinating customs and mysticism that surrounds the Andes Mountains. Each step brought us closer to the wonder that awaited us. Upon arrival, we were amazed by the breathtaking landscape of the Andes, with its vibrant colors that seemed to have been plucked from a painting.

DAY 08: DEPARTURE FROM CUSCO
