If arrival/departure flight data is not sent within 15 days of the start of the circuit, airport/hotel/airport transfer services are not guaranteed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
During the arrival transfer at Istanbul Airport (IST) our representative will be waiting for you outside gate number 8 with a "EURORIENTE TRAVEL" sign/or your names. If your arrival takes place at the Istanbul airport (SAW on the Asian side), our representative will be waiting for you upon departure, crossing the pedestrian crossing between column 9 and column 10 with the “EURORIENTE TRAVEL” sign. During the arrival transfer, if the client cannot meet our representative due to high traffic at the airport, they must contact us by phone to facilitate their meeting. The order of the itinerary may be varied for climatic or operational reasons, always maintaining the same content of the program without prior notice, including changes in the order of visits for operational reasons, location of hotels, opening and closing times of monuments or cultural places.
The departure of the circuit to Ankara is always on Mondays and Thursdays, the order of the nights in Istanbul can be varied, having them pre/or post-circuit depending on the day of arrival of the passengers to Istanbul.
The domestic flights included in our circuits have a luggage limitation of 15 kg/person (the cost derived from excess luggage must be assumed directly by the clients at the time of checking in with the company). If necessary, the passenger may leave luggage at the circuit hotel as long as he returns to the same hotel (variable cost depending on the hotel assumed by the passenger).
The final hotels (of the planned ones indicated) will be informed about 10 days before departure. Euroriente Travel will not accept hotel changes once the passenger(s) are at their destination.
The contracting of optional activities external to Euroriente Travel is not allowed on our circuits, resulting in the loss of the services already contracted.
The services provided by Euroriente Travel are land (including, if the circuit indicates it, air/ferry/cruise section operated by the corresponding regular line companies). They begin at the moment in which the client receives the first scheduled service from our company (always after border and customs procedures) and end at the moment in which the client receives the last scheduled service (transfer, breakfast or whatever corresponds according to purchased package). Euroriente Travel is not responsible for the consequences or circumstances derived from services not provided by our company (air problems, deterioration or loss of luggage on flights, customs/border or documentation problems).
Euroriente Travel will not be responsible for objects or material goods lost or forgotten by the passenger during the circuit, nor will it be responsible in case of deterioration or damage to objects or material goods belonging to third parties.

Search results are presented by relevance, but you can adjust them according to your preferences.
If you are redirected to a third-party service to make a reservation, that transaction is between you and the third party.
4. Reservation Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation with the details of your reservation. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us.
5. Payment
The price shown is the one you must pay, except for obvious errors.
Price changes will not affect already confirmed reservations.
Prices may include taxes and tax charges.
Additional local taxes may apply.
Payments are processed as detailed on the site.

Travel documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that all details in your travel documentation are correct and that you have in your possession all necessary documentation, including, but not limited to, passports, visas and health cards, before travelling. Governments in some countries may require airlines to provide information about flight itineraries and passenger data before travel. Failure to comply with these requirements could result in substantial fines or other costs, which will be your sole responsibility.
Luggage
Each airline has its own policies regarding baggage, both checked and carry-on. It is important that you review the baggage policies of the airline you are flying with before your departure. If you exceed the airline’s baggage size or weight limitations, you may face additional charges, which must be paid directly to the airline.
C. Vehicle rental
If you reserve a rental vehicle through our Service, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid driver’s license and the necessary documentation. You should also check and understand the car rental provider’s insurance policies.
D. Experiences and activities
Bookings for activities, tours and experiences are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and conditions. We recommend that you review any restrictions or requirements related to the activity before booking.
E. Claims and dispute resolution
If you have any problem or dispute relating to any of the services booked through our site, you should first try to resolve the problem directly with the service provider. If you cannot resolve the issue with the service provider, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. F. Limitation of liability
Our company is not the direct provider of the travel services and therefore has no direct control over them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may arise, whether due to default or acts and omissions of a service provider.
G. Applicable law and jurisdiction
